Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Acceptance

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only deemed confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from Hever Cars containing a total price and driver details.

2. Waiting Time

The first 15 minutes of waiting time after the scheduled pickup time are complimentary. Thereafter, a charge of £5 per 15-minute increment will be applied to the final fare.

3. Cancellation Policy

Allocated driver journeys cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Airport transfers require 4 hours notice.
